Our state-of-the-art finishing operation includes bleaching, scouring, starching, cutting and folding of fabrics. Finished products include: Rymplecloth®, Super Cloth®, Aerotex™, Crinoline, Bleached Gauze, Cheesecloth, Purewipe®, and Gauze Diapers. Our fiber processing utilizes 100% natural cotton and synthetic fibers. Fiber products include: Cotton Balls, Synthetic Fiber Balls, Pharmaceutical Coil, Applicoil, Header Roll & Cosmetic Puffs and Pads.
Completely modernized, our Albermarle facility contains a full-scale testing lab capable of all applicable USP testing regulations. All fiber processing and testing are done under strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our steam sterilization unit produces hygienic products that meet the most critical aseptic requirements.
