Modifications of the basic Grecian weave are also made, in some of which the warp and weft floats appear on the face side of the fabric only. |

Scutched flax produced from deseeded straw without any intermediate treatment such as retting. |

Green Tack |
A term used in fabric bonding for the preliminary bond created in the first stage of curing by the wet adhesive process. At this point the bond is not fully cured and hence is “green.” |
