TexWorld’s ESS offers a complete set of buy and sell-side services that enables to securely transact within a close trading community of suppliers and customers.

This exchange can be seamlessly integrated into any back-end systems like ERP, or any other legacy systems. This integration ensures that there is no change in the practices or processes that are currently being followed within the organization. Additionally, exchange-to-exchange integration is also possible with ESS.



Following are the key features of the Enterprise Sourcing Solution:

  • RFQ - The ESS owner and his customer can request for a quotation (RFQ) on products from suppliers within his trading community. The ESS owner and his suppliers can respond to the RFQ and negotiate.


  • Sampling Manager - The ESS owner and his customer can request and place orders for samples and track the sampling program. A supplier can confirm or reject a sample request, update WIP (work in progress) and shipping information and prepare Invoices


  • Catalog - The ESS owner and his suppliers can post online, their products for display with images and product specifications, for display. The option to Add, Edit or Delete the products already posted helps to keep the portfolio up to date.


  • Inventory Clearance - In this module, the ESS owner can post his products for clearance sale. A customer can inquire, buy or negotiate on the offer made by the supplier.


  • Order Manager - The ESS owner and his customer can raise a purchase order, and track the WIP, packing details, shipping information and invoices of the order. A supplier can accept or reject the purchase order and prepare WIP, packing list, shipping and invoice documents.

The ESS has built-in capabilities for customization and configuration of:

The ESS has a Multivariate Negotiation mechanism that comes as part of the business processes available with the TexWorld ESS. Participants negotiate beyond price on many other product parameters. The number of times they are willing to negotiate can be configured.
